Returns
Should you find your purchase is not as expected or you don’t love it we don’t want you to be disappointed! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any damages or discrepancies with your order please notify us within 10 days by calling us on +353 83 133 9797.

To return something, please call us at +353 83 133 9797 or email us at hello@lunasa.co. Please make sure that any returns are agreed by a staff member within 30 days of receipt so we can deal with it promptly for you.

Please note that we currently can’t cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over €50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lunasa.co and send your item to: Carter Square, Belmullet Co Mayo, Ireland.

Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased you can get a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lúnasa, Carter Square, Belmullet, Co Mayo, Ireland. Please always contact us prior to sending items back so we know to keep an eye out for it.
