Can be eaten dry or rehydrated and cooked. Pleasant chewy texture when eaten raw and a more of a smooth buttery texture when cooked.
It goes well with dairy products, potatoes, bread, capers, onion, white fish, eggs, rice and can also be baked into bread. 
High in fibre, iron, and protein (containing all essential amino acids)

Simply sprinkle onto your dish as desired.
