All jigsaw puzzles are cut from sustainably sourced wood and painted by hand in dazzling colours, using non-toxic acrylic paints, like small works of art! These wooden jigsaw puzzles are designed to encourage dexterity and logic and although educational, the emphasis has always been on making the puzzles fun.
Designed in the West of Ireland, the jigsaw are produced in a rural part of Sri Lanka amidst rice paddies and tea plantations. Working with the same family for nearly twenty years Ben and his team have forged an incredibly close relationship with them. The factory was inspected and certified under the Ethical Trade Initiative in 2007 and the jigsaws puzzles are manufactured, by hand, in a fair and regulated environment.
