Lúnasa is a treasure trove that sells amazing gifts and so much more. We have a small tea room where we make our own food and you can drop in anytime to do craft activities such as paint a plate.
Our craft studio is always busy. We make a range of items to order in the studio and we also run has a range of classes and workshops throughout the year, offer one on one sessions as well as events. It can also be hired out for your own event.
We operate a click and collect service all year round and are currently running pop up shops from our location in Carter Square, Belmullet.

We offer workshops in a range of crafts including sewing, pottery, art, crochet and more. If you have a group we can do the workshop in your place or ours. We can cater for any occasion, birthday, hens, family gatherings etc. All these are subject to pre booking so call

Drop in anytime the shop is open to sit back, relax and paint pot. Prices start from just €8.50 and we have a huge range of items from farm animals to teapots and piggy banks. Paint with our special pottery paint and we can glaze and fire it and make it waterproof and food safe. Or paint with acrylics and collect after a few hours once finished with varnish.

Prior to covid we ran a small tea room in our shop. Every day we made freshly baked scones, cakes and soup and sold the best coffee in town. The physical distancing that came into place led to the removal of the tea rooms as we did not have the physical space. We do hope to reopen it in the near future so watch this space ...

Join us for a Magical St John’s Eve Celebration
Customarily, in Connaught, Ireland, a special dish called "Goody" was made. This was white 'shop-bread' which had been soaked in hot milk and flavored with sugar and spices. It was usually made in a large pot that was either placed on the communal bonfire or heated on a smaller fire close by. Revelers brought their own spoons and bowls if they wanted to share in the "Goody”.
