Postage & Returns

We offer free delivery on our chalk paint to the island of Ireland.
On other items delivery is free for orders over €50.
All items will be packed and posted by the folks from Lúnasa, Belmullet. 
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process and post your item unless otherwise stated. All Irish orders are shipped by Fastway and can take 1-3 working days to arrive after the initial processing time. 
Please provide phone number for delivery purposes. 
If you live somewhere that may require directions or you won't be at home please include your mobile no or maybe you should get it delivered to your workplace?
If you need it wrapped for a gift & want us to leave the invoice out? No worries just let us know!
You can also place an order to collect it in the shop just use the code lunasacollect & we will pop it aside ready for you.
Postage within Ireland is a flat €5, spend over €75 & Shipping is Free. This includes Northern Ireland (just pop in Ireland not UK in country) or you will be charged UK postage as it does this automatically! :)

UK delivery is €7.50, Free Shipping over €100 and can take a week or just over at busy periods ( so all of Nov & December)

European Delivery is €7.50 but when you spend over €100 it's Free!

*International Orders may take an additional 3 weeks to arrive once this initial processing time has passed and are shipped by An Post.

Not lovin' your purchase? Well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed!

To return something, please call us at 097 20519 or email us at hello@lunasa.co. All returns must be authorised by a staff member within 30 days of receipt. 

Please Note!

We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
Should you receive a damaged product? Call us on 097 20519 within 10 days and we’ll sort it out. 
We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so please check that information twice!
