*DUC

The Vietnamese word for education is giáo dục. Anne-Marie and Ian played off this word and decided on the name DUC, pronounced like duck. Both founders Anne-Marie and Ian were over in Vietnam in 2016 and talked about a company that could supply resources to the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation (CNCF) and be a sustainable business. 

In 2019 DUC partnered with Laura Lynn Ireland’s Children’s Hospice and donates 15% of every sale of their Jr bags to the hospice.
